Booking flow

For guests​

  1. Search - Find a suitable playroom.
  2. Request - Send a booking request.
  3. Confirmation - The host confirms the booking.
  4. Payment - Complete the payment.
  5. Check-in - Receive access information.

For hosts​

  1. Notification - Receive a booking request.
  2. Review - Review the request.
  3. Decision - Confirm or decline it.
  4. Preparation - Prepare the playroom.
  5. Check-out - Complete the visit.

Cancellation​

  • Guest: Free up to 48 hours before the booking.
  • Host: Free when the host cancels.
